In the Kalinka Blend, we mix 50% coffee from Brazil and 50% coffee from Colombia.
The Brazilian coffee we use for this blend comes from Bom Destino farm in the Espirito Santo region. The owner of the farm is Jose Rodolfo Depulpo. Since Jose was a little boy, he has been helping his father on the farm, and for the last 20 years they have been focusing on farming specialty coffee, which is not typical for the region.
The Colombian coffees we use for the Kalinka blend, come from the famous Huila region, with varieties like Castillo, Caturra and Colombia, Farmed at around 1400-1600 meters above sea level.
